We had the most good stay at a charming little cottage surrounded by history. The room, though small, had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. The cozy atmosphere made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One morning, we were really surprised when our delicious breakfast was delivered right to our door. The host's attention to detail and commitment to our comfort made our stay special. Sitting in the sunny seating area outside was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful experience.

The historic building and beautiful hotel created a magical atmosphere. The spacious cottage and large patio were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast that was served! I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. Although the location was a bit off the beaten track and close to a main road, it quieted down at night and the 20-minute walk through the woods and fields to the seaside made up for it.

We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and cereals. The location was perfect for exploring Culzean, Maidens, Dunure, and Turnberry.
Couldn't find anything to dislike, it was a fantastic stay!

Amazing value and fabulous service throughout our stay. the breakfast provided was exceptional, with attention to detail and a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was lovely, set in a peaceful garden and with a beautiful patio area to enjoy. the walk to the nearby beach was a highlight, passing through scenic woods and open countryside with stunning views. the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also top-notch.
The hotel's location was a bit off the beaten track and on a main road, which resulted in some traffic noise during the day. it did quiet down at night.

The cozy little room was perfect for me and my daughter, and we loved how snug and comfortable it felt. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better, and the well-maintained gardens added to the overall charm of the place. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the comfortable beds and the good heating in the room. the location was ideal, with a beautiful 20-minute walk through the woodland to the beach. And being just a 5-minute drive away from other local attractions, restaurants, and places to relax, it was the perfect home base for our city trip.
One thing to note is that the walk from the woods to the beach took longer than expected, so I recommend going by car instead. the availability and cost of taxis in the area were not very favorable.
